Basic Salary – 16400/month

Dearness Allowance – 141% of basic – 23124/month

Total Basic – 46372/month

BSNL Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) came in 2019. The benefits people will get after retirement will be much better than throughout the service time.

  • 50yrs or above on this date of voluntary retirement i.e. 31.01.2020
  • All Regular & Permanent employees
  • If they are recruited
  • All those on ‘Deputation’ from BSNL

At first we must know the necessity for fixation of pay of the employee who got appointment in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited as per the pay scales of ESS ERP BSNL in the following occasions.   1. On first entry into service of BSNL as per the rule FR 22 (b).
  2. When a government servant is appointed from one post to another whether or not involving higher responsibilities as per rule FR 22 1 a(1) and (2)
