NOTE: Following the second procedure given below will only change your Bank Account number for your Bank Account related SMS alerts only, it won’t change your Bank Account number for the OTP Purposes if you want to change your Bank Account number for the OTP Purposes then you need to fill a separate form for that, following the same procedure given above, just this time you need to ask bank executive that you need to change your Mobile Number for receiving OTP Purposes and he will provide you a different form.
Step 1: Vist the Yes Bank home branch along with a copy of necessary documents like Aadhar Card, Passbook, etc.
Step 2: Visit the Bank Account Executive and ask for KYC Details change form or mobile number change request form.
Step 3: Fill up that whole “KYC Details” change form completing all the necessary details required:
- Your bank account details like account number, name of the account holder, type of account, etc.
- Tick mark or write the details which you want to change, like changing your registered mobile number in this case.
- Write your new Mobile Number in the box provided.
- Make sure to Signature wherever required.
