• Now login to your online net banking account.
• After that your screen will show you a pop up message. Press the Proceed option.
• Now you have to enter your User Id and Password. Next press Login.
• You will login to your home page of your account. Here you have to click on the Enquiry option on the left panel.

• The first step is to download the mobile application of Central bank of India- Cent m-passbook.
• After installation, allow all permissions and proceed with the terms and conditions.
• Enter your User Id which is the CIF and your bank registered mobile phone number. Next click on proceed option.
• Now wait for a few seconds to receive an OTP on your phone number. You have to enter that OTP on the given box on the screen.
• After that, create an MPIN.
• Now close the app and again login with your MPIN.
