- You have to set a 6 digit PIN . Then you will need to type the PIN again. Again click on the Submit option.
- Wait for a few seconds as the screen will show that the registration process has been completed.
- Now login to the app. Enter your 6 digit MPIN.
- After you have successfully logged in, you will be able to see that all your passbook entries are synchronized with the account. This can take up to 3-4 minutes.
- Now you can see the A/c statement option on the main dashboard of the app. Click on the option.
- You will be able to view your account number.
- Next you have to enter your mail id and the duration of the statement you want to view. Now select the PDF format for which you want to download the statement.
- Click on the proceed option. You will receive the PDF format on your mailbox.
- To view the pdf you have to enter your MPIN.
- Now you can see your IOB bank statement.

- You have to download the IOB Nanban App on your mobile phone.
- Once you have installed the app, open it and allow all permissions.
- Next you have to enter your account number and registered mobile phone number. After that click on the continue option.
- You will get an OTP in your cell phone. You have to enter the OTP in the box on the screen.
- After your registration click on the E-statement option.
- Now you have to select the account number, the start and end date for the account statement online.
- Click on the submit option.
- You will be able to see your account statement now. There the Generate PDF option is aksi available which you can press to download your account statement.

- Visit the official website of IOB internet Banking.
- You have to login to your IOB net banking account using your user id and password.
